DESCRIPTION

STERILIZER IS USED IN:

Medical agricultural
Pharmaceuticals.
Hospital dressing linen, rubber,
Plastic goods,
Surgical instruments, glassware etc

CONSTRUCTION

Inner & jacket made of stainless steel 304 qlty
Flanged type heating elements are fitted
Insulation : 62 inches by mineral wool
Water level indicator. With low water level cut-off device
Pressure gauge.
With self locking safety door
A synthetic neoprene rubber gasket.
Pressure control switches (piezostat) to control the pressure between 15psi to 22 psi.
Two separate speed exhaust are available for evacuating.
A plug screen prevents the discharge line from chocking.
With an automatic vacuum breaker
Two separate valves provided for evacuating air and steam
A steam trap to eliminate the condensate automatically.
With pressure control, main switch, pilot lamps, relays etc.
This autoclave will have one number door.
With heating elements.
“Multiport valve” fitted at front top.
Two speed of steam exhaust are available fast and slow.
A moisture trap is fitted in the chamber.
To work on 400-440V AC 3 phase 4 wire system

Fully Microprocessed Pid Controller which will have following features:

Purging Stop:- Set Temp.
Auto Exhaust: Cool
