DESCRIPTION

The outer case is made of mild steel duty powder coated and inside chamber made of SS 304 qlty.
Insulation between the two walls are filled with high quality mineral wool.
Heating elements ceramic sheathed heating elements produce gentle heat throughout the chamber.
Temperature could be achieved from 50°C to 300°C ± 1°C may be increased up to 350°C on request.
Temperature is controlled by Microprocessed electronic digital temperature controller cum indicator with LED Display.
It has option to control temperature precise ± 0.1°C by fitting Microprocessed PID controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak programming.
A vacuum gauge and two diaphragm valve are provided.
It has two valves one for achieving vacuum 760hg/mm and other of feeding any inert gas or else
The door of the vacuum oven is made of stainless steel 304 qlty
The door has silicone / neoprene rubber gasket.
With 2/3 nos. stainless steel perforated shelves.
Without Glass window on door.
Work on 220/230 or 440V AC, 50 Hz.

Alarm: It is possible to provide electronic alarm if, temperature deviates more than ± 1°C. to cost extra
Automatic timer electronic 999 mts. to cost extra.
